We believe there are Five Key Components to achieving your health and fitness RESULTS. Our programs feature a balanced mix of the components below.

Key Component #1 - Nutrition

Knowing the correct way to eat will take you 70% of the way towards achieving your results! We will teach you how many calories you need to eat as well as the importance of eating the correct amount of macronutrients - proteins, carbohydrates, and fats to achieve the most amount of energy with the least amount of hunger. We design individualized programs with many helpful tools such as customized daily menus with calories and macronutrients, weekly shopping lists, and recipes! Check out our Healthy Recipes page.

Key Component #2 - Cardio
Respiratory Training

There are many benefits to this component and they are all related to achieving your results. However if you are not performing cardio correctly, this component will have you spinning your wheels! We design cardio programs based on four different variables: frequency, intensity, time, and type. Your cardio program will be tailored to your individual goal and time commitment.

Key Component #3 - Resistance Training

This component is used to increase metabolic rate, muscle strength, lean body mass, and bone density. Resistance training will also improve posture, decrease risk of injury, improve work capacity, and increase self-esteem, depending on your goals. To help achieve your desired results, we customize your resistance training and flexibility program using the assessments from your first and second session. We will show you how to properly perform resistance training exercises using the rules of the human body instead of traditional exercise rules.



Key Component #4 - Food Supplementation

This component will give your body the added nutrition needed to reach your results without adding calories. The body requires a higher nutritional demand when it is being physically challenged. It is virtually impossible to satisfy the body’s nutritional needs with the number of calories recommended to lose fat or gain muscle. We design supplement programs to place your body in an optimum environment to change based on your individual goals.

Key Component #5 - Personal and Professional Assistance

This is the key that unlocks the door to your results! (The hard part is walking through that door, but you will not be alone!) Motivation, accountability, and education are valuable tools that will help you stay committed to and focused on your fitness goals. We will design your training program, hold you accountable to your program, and motivate you when you are feeling unmotivated. We will also educate you about your program and the physiological changes that you will experience. It is our responsibility to facilitate your program and make necessary changes to avoid any fitness plateaus. As your body goes through changes, so must your program until we have achieved the results you seek!
