Fitness Defined offers fun, fast-paced indoor and outdoor group classes throughout the year. The classes run in four-week sessions, except for Zumba which is ongoing.

All classes are open to the general public - it is not necessary to be a Fitness Defined client to attend.

Cost: The total cost for a four-week session (four classes) is $40 (or just $10.00 per class), with the exception of Zumba classes.  Zumba classes are $7.00 per class or you can purchase a discounted 10-class Zumba punch card for $50.00).

Zumba® !
New!  The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a lot of fun and will burn tons of calories! (priced separately)


All Ball
This class incorporates the use of stability balls, bosu balls, medicine balls, and basketballs to develop endurance, core strength, core stabilization, body strength, power, and hand-to-eye coordination. This one is fast, furious, and fun.

Boot Camp
This intense but fun class may be held indoors or outdoors, depending on time of the year. The main focus is endurance and strength. We accomplish this by alternating and/or combining an endurance exercise with a strength exercise. This method of compound movements makes Boot Camp one of our most popular classes.

Core and Cardio
The Core and Cardio class focuses on building strength and stability of the core muscles contained within the lumbo-pelvic-hip area. We mix it up with bursts of intense cardio to facilitate rapid caloric burn. A strong core allows us to function more efficiently and more effectively in our daily activities, as well as any fitness or sports activity.

Strength
The Strength class focuses on hypertrophy (muscle building). The leaner and stronger a muscle is, the more fat calories our bodies will burn. This class is designed to deliver exactly that.

Strength and Cardio
The Strength and Cardio class alternates circuit strength training with cardio and agility training.
