Core Class
This class focuses on the lumbo-pelvic-hip area and balance. The following muscles are targeted in this class: internal core muscles (multifidi, internal
obliques, and transverse obdominis) and external core muscles (abs, glutes, and lower back). Almost every movement of our body involves, and begins with,
the core muscles. A strong core allows us to function more efficiently and more effectively in our daily activities, as well as any fitness or sports
activity.
Boot Camp
This intense, but fun class is held outside and off-site, usually at the Mesquite High School track and football field. The class
focuses on endurance and strength. This is accomplished by combining wind sprints, bleacher runs, and track runs, with sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, etc.
Boot Camp is one of our most popular classes!
Strength and Cardio
This class is held in-house at our fitness studio. Each class is limited to ten people and involves circuit training that targets
specific muscle groups along with cardio and agility training.
All Ball
This class incorporates the use of stability balls, bosu balls, medicine balls, and basketballs to develop endurance, core strength, core stabilization,
body strength, power, and hand-to-eye coordination. This one is fast, furious, and fun.

General Information
Our classes are offered in four-week sessions. We meet on Saturday mornings at 7:00 AM for one hour.
Classes are open to the general public.
The total cost for a four-week session (four classes) is $50.
