Group Classes

Fitness Defined offers fun, fast-paced indoor and outdoor group classes throughout the year. The classes are ongoing, and you can join us anytime (except for Boxing Boot Camp for which you must pre-qualify).

All group classes are open to the general public - it is not necessary to be a Fitness Defined client to attend.


Class Fees

All classes are pay-as-you-go. There is no registration fee and no contract.
• Group Classes: $10 per class
• Zumba: $5 per class

This is an advanced level class. You must pre-qualify to join this class!
Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Group Class Descriptions


Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning is a class designed for beginning and intermediate fitness levels. Utilizing Stability Balls, Resistance Bands, Dumb Bells, Medicine Balls, and your own Body Weight, this class combines a variety of low impact movements that include core strength, cardio for optimal caloric burn, and total body muscle strengthening and conditioning. A ten minute cool down period that includes active and static stretching will be provided at the end of every class for those who wish to stay. Total Body Conditioning is a great segue to our Advanced Boxing Boot Camp class.




Boxing Boot Camp (Advanced)

Boxing Boot Camp will put you through an intense workout. Learn proper techniques in body movement, basic punches and defensive moves, while taking your conditioning to the next level! Pre-requisite: must pass a qualifying test in order to join this class. Do you have what it takes?


Zumba®

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a lot of fun and will burn tons of calories! Instructors: Liza Keenan, Katelyn Greer, Scheyla Blackburn.
