Active Isolated Stretching: Mattes Method

This total body program focuses on the neck, shoulder, knee, ankle-foot, hip and back, elbow, radio-ulnar, and wrist/hand complexes. We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. Active Isolated Stretching is designed to accomplish the following goals:

  • Optimize muscle and tendon range of motion
  • Improve preparation for athletic activity
