My new location is inside Desert Fitness, on the northwest corner of Warner and Cooper.
At this location, I am able to offer my clients more free class options, greater variety of equipment, longer open hours, and additional facilities, yet my clients pay no monthly membership fees.

I am a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine fitness professional and active isolated stretching therapist, and am truly COMMITTED TO YOUR RESULTS. I pride myself in providing personal attention and dedication to each client in a clean, non-intimidating environment that is second-to-none. Creativity, hard work, customized workout programs, and lots of fun are the secrets to my ten-year success.
